“Change isn’t always bad,” he says. “Most of the changes we have gone through have made us better people and a better band. The band-part takes all of us working hard to make the kind of music we know we are capable of. I think we did that on this one.”

 

10 Years se formó inicialmente en Knoxville, Tennessee en 1999. Luego de una serie de cambio de miembros de la banda, finalmente en el 2002 sacan su primer disco con la alineación que se mantiene hasta hoy. Ese disco les abre las puertas para grabar su segundo trabajo con Universal que saldría en el 2005. Ese mismo año estarían tocando junto a bandas como Disturbed y Ill Niño y abriendo escenarios a Korn y a Mudvayne.

En el 2006 la banda se va de gira a Europa, compartiendo escenario con Hatebreed y Korn. Su sencillo Wasteland llego a ser numero 1 en Billboard en la BBC y e Active Rock. Convirtiéndose en la primera banda desde 1994 en alcanzar el numero 1 con su primer single en estos tres lugares.
